1. Information PareFrame processes
When you grant photo-library access, PareFrame processes the photos you authorize, along with information supplied by Apple Photos that is needed to compare them. This can include thumbnails, dimensions, dates, filenames, modification dates, local asset identifiers, and location metadata already attached to a photo.
PareFrame does not request access to your device’s Location Services.
2. On-device analysis
Photo analysis happens on your device. PareFrame does not upload photos, thumbnails, perceptual hashes, image-analysis results, filenames, timestamps, locations, or match results to PareFrame servers. The app does not contain advertising, analytics, telemetry, account, or cloud-processing services.
3. Local cache
To avoid repeating work, PareFrame stores a private analysis cache on your device. The cache can contain Apple Photos local identifiers, modification dates, perceptual hashes, and derived quality measurements. It does not store full copies of your photos. Removing PareFrame removes this cache but does not remove your Apple Photos library.
4. Full and limited photo access
You may grant full or limited access. With limited access, PareFrame can see only the photos you select through Apple’s permission controls. You can change this selection or revoke access at any time in iPhone Settings.
5. Photo deletion
PareFrame never deletes photos automatically. Deletion begins only after you review a group, select the extras, and explicitly confirm. PareFrame then uses Apple’s PhotoKit deletion request. Apple controls the final authorization and moves approved items to Recently Deleted, where they remain recoverable according to Apple’s retention behavior.
6. Data sharing and third parties
PareFrame does not sell or share personal information. Because the app does not transmit your photo data to PareFrame, there is no server-side photo database and no PareFrame account associated with your library.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if PareFrame’s features or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
